WOUFT (Western Oregon University Federation of Teachers) and WOU 082 (Classifed Staff Union) are hosting a May Day Party on MAY 1st from 4pm -6pm in RWEC 101 (Richard Woodcock Education Center on WOU campus) to celebrate those whose work makes WOU work.

May Day, also called Workers’ Day or International Workers’ Day, is the day that commemorates the struggles and gains made by workers and the labor movement. (If you’re interested in learning more, here’s a link to an article about it.)

Please join us for a great chance to meet new people and reaffirm connections with old friends. Families are welcome; there will be food, drink, music and merriment, so please RSVP by April 26th using the email form distributed earlier.
