I commit to union membership in Western Oregon University Federation of Teachers, AFT Local 2278, and agree to abide by its Constitution and Bylaws. I hereby request and voluntarily authorize my employer to deduct a monthly dues payment from my salary wages (payment amounts provided in the WOUFT Constitution and Bylaws posted at wouft.org/about/constitution-and-bylaws), and further, that such amount so deducted be sent to WOUFT for and on my behalf.

While contributions or gifts to WOUFT are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. The invalidity or unenforceability of a particular provision hereof shall not affect the other provisions, and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted. By signing and submitting this form, it shows that I agree with the terms above.
